Why the inventory is there
The inventory exists so the ranking can be trusted. It is generated from the vendors' own feeds — nineteen of them for AWS alone — and every link is machine-checked before the post publishes. Nothing is dropped to make a summary tidier.
That matters because the interesting part of the week is rarely the headline launch. It is usually a limit that moved, a default that changed, or a security bulletin whose real consequence is not what the bulletin says.
Saturday is deliberate. All three clouds publish Monday to Friday, so by Saturday
morning the week is closed and the inventory cannot be invalidated by something landing after
publication. A roundup titled with a week that has not finished is claiming something it
cannot know.
